10% Low Price Guarantee:

We offer a low price guarantee on all of our items within 30 days of delivery. That means that we will match any online or brick and mortar retailers price and then beat it by 10% if you find it lower. We will price match the total "out the door" price including any delivery fees the competing retailer may charge. We will not price match refurbished or 2nd hand items or obvious price errors from other retailers. Price matches will be verified by our sales associates. Simply get on our LIVE CHAT or call us so we can price match any retailer.


It is very rare, but if your furniture was damaged on delivery by our delivery team, or the product was damaged in the box, please contact us for an exchange. All damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. There will be no cost to you for an exchange.


If you would like to Return your item/s you have 48 hours after the day the furniture, mattress, mattress foundation or furniture accessory has been delivered to contact us for return. We will not accept returns on any furniture or furniture accessory after the 48 hour period or on any item that has been assembled or damaged from you while assembling or unpackaging. Mattresses and Mattress Foundations will not be accepted for return after the plastic has been removed from the mattress. Once your return request is approved, we will contact you with a pick up date. We do not charge any restocking fees or pick up fees.

All refunds will be made back to the original form of payment. The item/s will be credited back by our sales associates once the item has been picked up from you and in some cases if you paid by credit card the refund may take anywhere from 3-7 business days to show back on your card depending on who you bank with.


Due to Covid-19 lack of product availablity, any in-stock order comfirmed to be processed by you will be charged a 10% restocking fee. When your order is placed we will send you an email with the product availability and approx delivery date. After you confirm you want us to process your order and you cancel a 10% fee will be charged.


Have a warranty issue? Please email our customer service at with any photos and description of what is going on with the item along with your contact info and order number.

The warranty period differs between each manufacturer. To make our customers happy we extend the manufacturers warranty to 1 year. This extended warranty is at no extra cost to you and you will find is far better than what all of the other discount furniture retailers offer. The warranty covers manufacturer defects but not abuse, modifications, normal wear and tear, die lot issues or fading from the sun. If we can't determine the furniture is defective through the photos you have sent to us, we will schedule a 3rd party inspector to inspect your item in question. We reserve the right to replace or fix whatever is defective. If we can't replace a part or fix it, then a full replacement will be authorized. No refunds will be given on a defective product after the 48 hour return period. If the defective item is no longer available, you may reselect an item at equal value. If the item you want to reselect for is more in cost, you must pay the difference in price. 

California Proposition 65 Warning

Most items sold by us have a California Proposition 65 Warning that products contain chemicals that are known to cause cancer, birth defects or reproductive harm. Some of our products and most items sold in the state of California have the proposition 65 warning which is exclusive to the state of California and is not necessary for the other 49 states. Since the furniture we sell falls under that umbrella and distributes nationwide, all of our products contain a warning label indicating the possibility of having one of hundreds of items listed in Prop 65 with the following message: “WARNING: This product can expose you to chemicals including wood dust, which is known to the State of California to cause cancer or birth defects or other reproductive harm.
